Tiger Woods played well at the Masters, despite the 10 he made on 12 Sunday afternoon. He finished the tournament -1, which earned him a Top 40. The rest of his season, however, was very forgettable. A missed cut at the US Open, T72 at the ZOZO (where he was the defending champion), and failing to make it to Atlanta for the TOUR Championship, were just some of the low points. Despite all this, his caddy has faith.
In an interview with ESPN after the Masters, Joe LaCava had this to say about Woods’ game and outlook for next season…
Who knows what we’ll see from Tiger once he’s back on TOUR, but a healthy and competitive Woods always moves the needle.
